And the following month he was in the main lineup of the match for the Super Cup of Ukraine, in which he helped Kyiv win the trophy. However, due to high competition as a forward, he was unable to establish himself in Dynamo's "base" and in early 2008 was leased to Kyiv's "Arsenal", where he spent one and a half seasons.
At the beginning of the 2009/10 season, Lysenko returned to "Dynamo", but after playing only one game for the backup team, after difficult negotiations he went to Kharkiv's "Metalist", which bought his contract.
In the Kharkiv club Lysenko played 14 matches in the Premier League in the first season.
In 2011 it was leased to "Volyn".
After the lease expired, Lysenko returned to "Metalist". On July 14, 2011 he was loaned to "Kryvbas" from Kryvyi Rih, where he spent the whole season, playing in 18 championship matches.
In the summer of 2012, Volodymyr returned to Kharkiv, where he played in three more championship matches in six months, after which on January 19, 2013 he moved to Uzhhorod's "Hoverla" on loan until the end of the season. He made his debut for "Zakarpattia" on March 3 and immediately scored a goal for "Zorya" and became the team's main striker. During the year he played 25 matches for the Uzhhorod team.
In early 2014, as a free agent, he signed a 2.5-year contract with "Sevastopol". However, in June 2014, the club ceased to exist and Lysenko became a free agent again.
For the 2014/15 season of the Premier League he was declared the debutant club "Olympic" (Donetsk). In the winter of 2016/17, he left Olympic after the expiration of his contract.
On February 10, 2017, the signing of a contract with Chernihiv's "Desna" was officially announced.
Volodymyr moved to "Kolos" before the start of the 2017/18 season and spent two seasons in the PFL First League, rising with the club in the class.
