In June 2015, FC "Kolos" received the status of a "professional" club and a certificate of participation in the Championship of Ukraine among the teams of the Second League of the 2015/16 season.

The team made its debut in the professional league at the home stadium "Kolos" with an undisputed victory over Bila Tserkva "Arsenal" - 2: 0, and the striker Oleksandr Bondarenko scored the first goal.

In his debut season, "Kolos", led by Ruslan Kostyshyn, won the early championship and the right to play in the first league of Ukraine.

The PFL of Ukraine recognized Ruslana Kostyshyna as the coach of the year, and the best scorer of the championship Oleksandr Bondarenko - the player of the season.
