U-19: "Kolos" will play against "Desna" on Saturday

 On Saturday, November 20, "Kolos" U-19 will play an away match of the 15th round against Chernihiv's "Desna".

Our youth team will meet the outsiders of the current championship - Chernihiv's team occupies the last, sixteenth place in the standings, scoring only three points in fourteen matches. Surprisingly, "Desna" U-19 lost thirteen (!) Matches in a row with a total goal difference of 5:55! And only in the last (14th) round, Vadym Melnyk's boys managed to win their first victory of the season, beating Lviv's youngsters 1:0 thanks to Serhii Makarenko's goal. It should be noted that in the second half "Lviv" did not score a penalty, and the final assault of the hosts did not lead to anything. Despite the victory, Chernihiv remained in last place, but the mood of the team is completely different.

As for "Kolos", our team is currently in the eleventh position in the championship, gaining 16 points. Kovalivka's team played the previous two matches in Kalynivka - first they beat "Lviv" 2-0, and then lost to "Shakhtar" 1-3.

We will remind that last season "Kolos" U-19 twice beat "Desna" - in the first round at home with the account 2:0 (Artem Safonchik, Nikita Hrusha), and in the second round away Kovalivka's team defeated opponents 4:0 (Artem Safonchik , Viacheslav Stavnychy, Volodymyr Stolyar, Stanislav Ursolov).
