Round 15: “Kolos” away against “Desna”. Match announcement

After the international break, the attention of the fans switches again to the UPL match and we are waiting for the match of the 15th round, in which our "Kolos" will play on Sunday in Chernihiv against "Desna".

In the last match before the break, Kovalivka made Donetsk "Shakhtar" make many mistakes and get nervous in the second half, and despite the 1:3 defeat, our team left positive impressions.  Currently, "Kolos" remains on the eleventh place in the standings, having 11 points.

"Desna" before the 15th round took the seventh position in the tournament, having 21 points.  In the last round, Oleksandr Ryabokon’s team won away to "Lviv" 2-0, and before the match in Lviv they did not know the joys of winning as many as five rounds in a row.  Nevertheless, Chernihiv remains a strong team, and in tomorrow's meeting points are needed for both teams - "Kolos" should return to the top of the standings, and "Desna" continues to fight for the European Cup zone.

Recalling last season the teams drew twice.  In the 11th round, the match took place in Kovalivka and ended in peace 1:1 (Lysenko - from the penalty spot / Budkivsky from the penalty spot).

And in the second round, in the 24th round in Chernihiv there was a draw again, but more productive - 2: 2.  Moreover, "Kolos" was ahead 2-0 thanks to goals from Kyrylo Petrov and Viacheslav Churko.  But the hosts escaped after accurate shots by Vladyslav Kalitvintsev and Yehor Kartushov.

The match of the 15th round of the VBET League of the current season 2021/2022 will take place at the Yurii Haharin Stadium in Chernihiv on Sunday, November 21, and the starting whistle will sound at 19:30.  Live broadcast of the match - on the TV channel "Football 1".  Let's keep fingers crossed for "Kolos"!!
