In the match of the 14th round of the U-19 Championship, "Kolos" lost to "Shakhtar" 1:3, and "pitmen" had a substitute joker.
The game started with an unexpected goal by the guests - Losenko "forgot" to cover on the right flank, and Ivan scored in the bottom corner of his namesake, the goalkeeper of "Kolos" Ivan Pakholyuk - 0:1.
Moving away from a small knockdown, Kovalivka's team gradually seized the initiative, and in the middle of the first half could equalize. Martin Jose scored after the connection - his shot was blocked by the orange and black goalkeeper Denys Tvardovsky, but the ball was picked up by Yevhen Danyliuk and twisted in the far bottom corner - unfortunately, near the post!
What failed in the first half, succeeded at the beginning of the second. Dmytro Irodovsky’s breakthrough on the left flank ended with a shot on Salabay, Anton after a ricochet from "Shakhtar" captain Ilia Hulko managed to send the ball into the net from a difficult position - 1:1!
Later on the field of the stadium in Kalinovka was an equal game, and everything was decided by the "joker" on the replacement of Shakhtar coach Oscar Ratulutra. Attacking midfielder Christian Bako appeared on the field and decided the fate of the confrontation.
In the 80th minute, "pitmen" earned a free kick and Christian from twenty-two meters with a beautiful shot overturned our wall - 1:2. And in five minutes Bako successfully played on the pick-up near the penalty area of ours and irresistibly scored on the goal of Paholiuk - 1:3.
After this victory, "Shakhtar" continued to lead alone in the U-19 championship, scoring 36 points. "Kolos" has 16 points and eleventh place left. Oleksandr Pozdieiev's team will play the next match in two weeks, away against Chernihiv's "Desna".
